Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when accuracy of a signal output from a drive circuit is low, voltage between storage cells cannot be equalized accurately.SOLUTION: A balance correction apparatus includes: an inductor; a first switching element; a second switching element; a control signal generation part alternately turning on/off the first switching element and the second switching element; an average value generation part which generates voltage having a time average value of voltage at a connection point between one end of a first storage cell and one end of a second storage cell; an intermediate value generation part which generates voltage having an intermediate value between voltage at the other end of the first storage cell and voltage at the other end of the second storage cell; and a correction signal generation part which generates a correction signal based on a difference between the voltage having the time average value and the voltage having the intermediate value.
