To provide a balance exercise training apparatus for training while standing, in which difficulty levels of resisting force can be adjusted automatically according to a balance level of a user for easy use.

The balance exercise training apparatus has the following components: a base 6; a swing movement unit 7 mounted on the base 6 so as to urge swing exercise; a swing width sensor 1 having a signal detecting unit 1A which senses the swing width of the swing movement unit 7 and outputs signals; a central control mechanism 2 which receives the signals output from the swing width sensor 1 and compares the signal with a target value of a program by using the program so as to issue an instruction; a resistance force adjusting device 4 which performs the instruction output from the central control mechanism 2, adjusts the resistance force of the swing width of the swing movement unit 7, and has one or more dampers 4A and a position sensing unit for returning the signal to the central control mechanism 2; and a display mechanism 3 which receives processed signals from the central control unit 2, converts them to readable information, and displays it externally for a user to read.
