To provide balance testing-correction device by which burrs are hardly generated after correction even if a location at which a correction hole is provided is at a thin plate-shaped place.
When a work receiver 5 provided for a rotating main shaft 1 capable of being displaced vertically within a predetermined range is biased upward by a biasing means 6 on the one hand and is lowered by a depressing member 7 through a specimen rotor W on the other, the lower surface of the specimen rotor W comes into contact with the upper surface of a die 18. In this state, the work receiver 5 is located at the middle in the range of displacement. In this state, a punch hole is formed at the weighty point causing unbalance of the specimen rotor W by a punch 15. By this constitution, it becomes possible to machine a correction hole by punching almost without making a force act on the rotating main shaft 1 and to suppress the occurrences of burrs without lowering work efficiency.
