Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation accuracy of its slide in a crank press having a balancer for holding the slide in a suspended state.SOLUTION: Four hydraulic cylinders 19 for constituting a balancer 18 are arranged in an apex position of a quadrangle in a plan view, and a sensor is provided for measuring a vertical directional position of a piston rod 19b of the respective hydraulic cylinders 19 of the balancer 18, and pressure of the respective hydraulic cylinders 19 is mutually independently controlled so that a slide 12 is not inclined based on a measurement result of these respective sensors, and thereby, even when an inclination is caused in the slide 12, reduction in operation accuracy of the slide 12 can be prevented by returning an attitude of the side 12 to normal in a short time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
