To secure sufficient supporting rigidity around a balancer shaft in a drive side by a pump housing.
By transmitting power from a crankshaft, the balancer shaft 4A in the drive side and a balancer shaft 4B in a driven side are rotated. The both balancer shafts 4A, 4B are supported with a balancer housing 3 through a bearing, and the pump housing 7 is integrally provided at an end part in an axial direction of the balancer housing 3. A discharge port 16 inside the pump housing 7 is extended so as to turn around an end part of the balancer shaft 4A in the drive side. In this balancer device 2, inside the pump housing 7, a swelling part 21 is provided outside in a diametrical direction from an extending part 16a of the discharge port 16 with the balancer shaft 4A in the drive side as the center, and an oil chamber 18 for reducing pulse pressure of the discharge port 16 is provided in the swelling part 21.
