Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014210105
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balancer device for applying a load nearer to a predetermined load to a knee joint part.SOLUTION: A balancer device (1) includes: a tibia fitting part (2) fit to a proximal end face of a tibia (T); a femur fitting part (4) for supporting a distal end face of a femur (F); and a movement mechanism (6) for moving the femur fitting part from the tibia fitting part in the direction vertical to the proximal end face of the tibia. The movement mechanism (6) includes: a fixing part (8) fit to the tibia fitting part; a movable part (10) fit to the femur fitting part and fixing part so that the femur fitting part is movable with regard to the tibia fitting part; and a locking mechanism (22) for locking the movable part in the fixing part by a mechanically determined increment. The movable part is extendable and contractive and is energized in the extending direction, where the direction in which the movable part extends is a direction for separating the femur fitting part from the tibia fitting part.
