To provide a balancer device which is formed of a torsion spring and a spiral rod, wherein the balancer device can prevent deformation of a rotary guide to facilitate light movement of the spiral rod.
One end of the torsion spring (11) is connected to an outer periphery of the rotary guide (8). The spiral rod (9) is spirally inserted in a slit (10) provided in the inner side of the rotary guide. When the spiral rod (9) moves, the torsion spring (11) is wound in or wound out. In the rotary guide (8), the slit portion is formed of a lubricating sliding portion (22), and a reinforcement ring formed by a material having rigidity is fitted in an inner surface of a rear end which connects the torsion spring (11) to form a pressure-tight portion (23). The rotary guide is prevented from deformation by the reinforcement ring even if the torsion spring is wound in to narrow its inner diameter.
