Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a payment system capable of reducing a waiting time of an eating-and-drinking customer in payment time, and improving working efficiency.SOLUTION: A payment system 1 of the invention comprises: a camera module which images a plate having identification information, generates image data of the plate and which is arranged on each seat; an identification device 2 having a storage part for storing in advance, unit price information according to the identification information of the plate, a determination part for determining identification information of the plate taken out by the eating-and-drinking customer, by image processing using the image data generated by the camera module, and a calculation part for calculating a payment amount which the eating-and-drinking customer should pay, based on the identification information determined by the determination part, the unit price information stored in the storage part, and a number of taken out plates taken out by the customer, and displaying the calculated payment amount, provided on each seat and connected to the camera module; and an accounting device 3 for displaying the payment amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
