To effectively use a blindfold by installing a metallic container box made of a coated galvanized steel material or the like above an evacuation passageway in correspondence with a constituting frame of a partition wall.
A specified strength such as a resistance against wind pressure is required for a super high-rised housing in a partition wall 2 in a valcony 1 of mutually confronted houses A, B. A frame 3 is constituted of a steel frame structure. In this case, the valcony is wide enough to use a half of the width as an evacuation passageway, an outdoor machine 5 is installed in the other half side. Then, a metallic container case made of a coated galvanized steel material or the like is set up on the evacuation passageway 4 or the upper frame 3 of the outdoor machine 5. The outdoor machine 5 and the evacuation passageway 4 are installed separately from each other. In the container case, emergency supplies or toys for children are contained. Or the outdoor machine of an airconditioner or the like is incorporated. In this way, a three-dimensional unused space in a valcony can be used for a storage and hence, a new housing space can be defined instead of a trunk room.
