Abstract:
To improve the horizontal bearing force of a balcony overhung from the external wall of a building body.
In this balcony 20, a floor 20A of a balcony 20 is overhung from the external wall of a building body. The lower side of the overhung part of the floor 20A is supported by wing walls 30. In the balcony 20, the lower end of the wing wall 30 and the foundation 40 are connected together by hold-down metal tool 50 and the upper end of the wing wall 30 and the floor 20A are connected together by metal fitting 60.
