Title:
BALL ALIGNING RAIL OF PINBALL GAME MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008086381
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a ball aligning rail of a pinball game machine capable of being miniaturized without requiring the use of members for evenly distributing balls.

The ball aligning rail of the pinball game machine has a recessed-groove-shaped inclined pathway 3 for aligning balls, which are aligned in a line on each of multiple stages on the upstream side, in a line on one stage to flow downward. A plurality of short-side walls 33 for gradually reducing the angular speed of balls by supporting the balls with the upper edges 35 are raised on the bottom 31 of the inclined pathway 3 in such a way as to face each other and separately from each other from the upstream side to the downstream side, and a flat part 37 for each ball to roll thereon in contact at one point is provided behind each short-side wall 33. The short-side wall 33 becomes gradually higher from the upstream side to the downstream side, and the level difference 36 is formed at the end of each short-side wall on the downstream side, so that the lowest part of the ball is supported as high as or higher than the bottom face 31 of the inclined pathway 3.
