To provide an assembly method and an assembly device of a ball bearing capable of smoothly inserting all balls between inner and outer rings, and of forcibly arranging the balls to easily align the centers of the inner and outer rings after ball insertion; and a ball bearing using the method.
This assembly device 10 has an inner ring-side and outer ring-side tools 12 and 13 each having a nearly-crescent shape, and moving forward and backward independently of each other in a space S between eccentrically-arranged inner and outer rings 2 and 3, and a nozzle 14 swingable in the space S. In a state where the inner ring-side and outer ring-side tools 12 and 13 are arranged on the lower side in the space S at heights different from each other, the balls 4 are incorporated while rocking the nozzle 14 along the inner diameter of the outer ring 3.
