Abstract:
To provide a ball bearing for wheel capable of attaining high sealability for long life even under adverse environment.
This ball bearing for wheel, equipped with an outer ring having an outer ring track on its inner periphery, an inner ring having an inner ring race on its outer periphery, a plurality of rolling bodies provided between the outer ring trace and the inner ring trace so as to roll freely, and a sealing device for covering an axial opening section of a space fitted with the rolling bodies between the inner periphery of the outer ring and the outer periphery of the inner ring. In this bearing device, an elastic member forming the sealing device is formed out of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber.
