Abstract:
To provide a ball non-return valve that can be integrated with a diaphragm pump or the like, does not transmit strain generated by stress during valve assembly to a ball seal portion, and can stably maintain sealing performance, and to provide a diaphragm pump.A non-return valve 14 according to the present invention comprises a valve seat 60 having a through-hole 90, a ball 50 that opens and closes a flow of a fluid through the through-hole 90. The valve seat 60 made of a corrosion resistant material is composed of a first valve seat 61 that can support the ball 50 and seal the through-hole 90, and a second valve seat 63 that has a substantially cylindrical shape surrounding the first valve seat 61 and in which the space between a valve case 80 and the second valve seat 63 is sealed by an O-ring 51. Clearances d3 and d4 are formed between the first valve seat 61 and the second valve seat 63, and a horizontal surface 71 of a notched portion 65 of the second valve seat 63 is mounted on an upper surface 72 of a flange portion 62 of the first valve seat 61.
