Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball cleaning apparatus that can contain a large number of balls and smoothly perform automatic cleaning of the balls.SOLUTION: A ball container A is provided above a cleaning tank C. A container lower part A3 and the cleaning tank C communicate with each other through a transfer communication portion F. A ball container-side opening F1 is located at a lower end of the container lower part A3 that has a downward-sloping groove shape, and a cleaning tank-side opening F2 and an outlet C2 are located respectively at a lower end and an upper end of a cleaning tank lower part C1 that has an upward-sloping groove shape. The container lower part A3 has a stirring driver D that drives balls B, while stirring the balls B, toward the ball container-side opening F1. The cleaning tank C holds a cleaning liquid Q, cleans the balls B that have been transferred into the cleaning tank C through the transfer communication portion F, and then discharges the balls B through the outlet C2. The cleaning tank C has a cleaning driver R that drives the balls B, while cleaning the balls B, toward the outlet C2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
