Title:
BALL COLLECTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005000607
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a ball collector which can collect balls by one hand and from which collected balls can be easily taken out.

A spring type rotary projection lock is attached to a ball intake port at the lower part of a cylinder to easily take in balls since balls are pushed up while rotating. The rotary ball stopper is pressed by spring force from a side to prevent collected balls from falling off by gravity. The upper part of the cylinder has no cap but has a semicircular notch to enable collected balls to be easily taken out. Casters are attached to a lower part of the main body and opposite to the handle to easily move the ball collector to collect widely scattered balls. The balls in the cylinder can be viewed from outside and the main body is lightened by providing through-holes to the cylinder. When the handle is attached to the line extended from the cylinder, the direction of the action line of force becomes same as that of the cylinder and wasteful force can be eliminated since the balls are collected while being covered with the cylinder. A series of collecting work can be executed by one hand, so that balls can be collected by holding a racket by the other hand.
