The ball dispensing device includes: a vertical ball passage 3 through which a game ball B flows down; a ball sending member 6 disposed near the ball passage 3, reciprocally turning up and down with a support shaft 8 as a center inside a plane included with the central axis of the ball passage 3, formed with a ball reception recessed part 11 capable of receiving the game ball B in a lower part on the ball passage 3 side, formed with a ball reception projecting part 10 which can receive the game ball B in an upper part on the ball passage 3 side and where the upper surface 10a forms an arc surface around the support shaft 8, and always energized so that the ball reception recessed part 11 turns upward by an elastic means 12; and a cam member 15 turing by the drive of an electric actuator 16, and engaged with the ball sending member 6 to turn the ball sending member 6 against the energizing of the elastic means 12.
