Abstract:
To prevent unevenness of fastening force due to an individual difference and stabilize the quality with respect to an anchor with an extension part pushed and extended by a group of balls.SOLUTION: The anchor has an extension part 3 divided into a plurality of parts by a slit 2 and when the group of balls 4 are compressed by a bolt for extension 6, the extension part 3 is pushed and widened, expanded and deformed. A lubrication film 9 consisting of oil, wax or the like is formed at an inner surface of the extension part 3. The group of the balls 4 is crushed, deformed into a mass in a dumpling state, slide and move smoothly to a tip side. Thus, a phenomenon that the mass of the balls 4 is clogged at an entrance part of the extension part 3 is prevented and the extension part 3 is entirely strongly pushed and widened. As a result, an unevenness due to an individual difference is prevented and a high fastening strength can be stably maintained. As a torque needed for extension can be reduced, a burden of operators can be also reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
