To secure the strength of adhesion sufficiently between a protective layer and skin panel members as a whole while making the pattern of a pattern printed layer highly sophisticated and beautiful in the protection of the pattern printed layer formed on the skin panel members covering a tube with the protective layer.
The pattern printed layer 30 is formed with an inkjet printer on a film member making up the protective layer 40. Hot-melt adhesives are arrayed between the film member and the skin panel members 20 and 21. The film member and the skin panel members 20 and 21 are heated and pressure welded together with a press. The adhesives are liquefied and flow between the particles of ink 31, 31 and etc. making up the pattern printed layer 30 to make an adhesion layer 50, thereby making the adhesives thoroughly pervade the protective layer 40 and the skin panel members 20 and 21.
