A ball 1 comprises a core part 2 and the two or more skin layer panels 3 covering the exterior of the core part 2. The skin layer panel 3 has the sheet-like elastic member 5 and the sheet member 6 joined to the outside of the elastic member 5, and the end edge portion of this skin layer panel 3 is bent towards the inside direction of the ball 1 in a state that the elastic element 5 is adhered to the sheet member 6. The bending exterior face of a bending part formed as a result is bonded to the bending exterior face of the adjoining skin layer panel 3.
