To feed lubricating oil to a slide surface of a ball stud in spite of a load being exerted on a seat.
A grease reservoir part 30 compressed according to an oscillation amount of a ball stud 14 to feed grease is formed in a dust cover 16. Thereby, in spite of a load being exerted on a seat 20, grease can be fed to the slide surface of a ball stud 14.
