Abstract:

PURPOSE: To promote the lightening of a body and a reduction of the assembling manhour of a seal member by sealing a seal part between the body and an interconnecting hold with a rubber bush.

CONSTITUTION: A ball press-in part structure is composed of a ball 2 sealing an interval between a body 1 and an interconnecting hole 8, silicone rubber protecting this ball 2 from the outside air while sealing an interval between the body 1 and the hole 8. Then, a rubber bush 3 provided with a recess 10 is inserted into a surface being opposed to the side of the ball 2 through the hole 8 from the outside of the ball 2. Owing to action of the rubber bush, depth of the interconnecting hole 8 is made holdable to the minimum, excess thickness in the body can be cut down into being lightweight and, moreover, assembling manhour for the rubber bush is reducible.
