PURPOSE: To effectively use a time by providing a switch to select a sales mode, displaying by guiding a selective switch corresponding to the amount of change on a mode display part, and accepting paper money even when the shortage of change occurs.

CONSTITUTION: A selective sales mode can be displayed by changing the display content of the mode display part 10 corresponding to the residual amount of change. In other words, a control means always checks the state of the change by a prescribed procedure, and performs control for the refilling start/stop of the change, and also, puts on only a 1000yen mode display part 10a when no change exists, which enables the sales mode of ball rent for 1000yen to be selected. When a selection switch 9 is selected actually, a selected mode is displayed to a user by displaying by flashing only the selected sales mode, and also, the payment of the change and that of a rental ball are performed. For example, when a selection switch 9a is depressed and the ball rent of 100yen is selected, the rental ball is paied by displaying by flashing only the 1000yen mode display part 10a.
