Abstract:
To easily and precisely thread, without generating burr by performing both cutting and lap grinding for the thread of a nut in a single machining.
In this method for threading the nut 6 constituting the ball screw device, the thread is machined by using a tap 10 in which a blade shape 11 for cutting and a blade shape 12 for lap grinding are integrally formed.
