Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw device which is easy in the attachment of a circulation tube to a nut.SOLUTION: In a ball screw device 1 having a screw shaft 2, a nut 3 fit to the screw shaft 2 via a plurality of balls, and a circulation tube 5 for circulating the balls which roll between the screw shaft 2 and the nut 3, a tube insertion groove 8 for inserting the circulation tube 5 therein is formed at an external peripheral face of the nut 3, groove parts 9a and 9b extending to the outside of the tube insertion groove 8 in a short direction when viewed from the outside of the nut 3 in a radial direction are formed in the tube insertion groove 8, support members for supporting the circulation tube 5 are provided at the groove parts 9a and 9b, and the support members are solidified after being filled into the groove parts 9a and 9b in fused states.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
