To provide a ball screw with splines capable of preventing noise caused by collision of balls, etc.
Spacers are provided between both ball screw grooves 12a, 14a of a ball screw shaft 12 and a ball screw nut 14, and between respective balls 16, 24 arranged between both ball spline grooves 22, 20 of the ball screw shaft 12 and the ball spline nut 18.
