Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce abrasion of a ball in sorting for improving durability of the ball, and prevent it from becoming a cause of rupture.
CONSTITUTION: A device is composed of a belt conveyor 1 for carrying balls, a pushing roller 4 forming a little narrower gap than a diameter of the ball, and having down-directed energization force which is supported to be movable up and down and placed above one support roller 2 of the belt conveyor 1, a sensor 5 to detect up/down motion of the pushing roller 4, and a damper device 7 provided with a guide plate 6 which rises toward the carrying end side of the belt conveyor 1 when it receives a detection signal from the sensor 5.
