An inner peripheral surface 2a of a valve body 2 forms a seal surface exhibiting a sealing function among a plurality of balls and comprising an elastic member, a plurality of ports include a first port P1, and a second port P2 and a third port P3 separated from the first port and arranged on both sides of the first port so as to have the first port therebetween, and a plurality of the balls include a first sealing ball 3-1 reciprocating in a ball storage hole 2h and selectively communicating the first port and the second port or the first port and the third port, a second sealing ball 3-2 provided on one side of the first sealing ball and preventing the second port from being communicated with a space on the side opposite from the first port, and a third sealing ball 3-3 provided on the other side of the first sealing ball and preventing the third port from being communicated with a space on the side opposite from the first port.
