Abstract:
To suppress a malfunction even in use for a target fluid in which a solid is contained and a target fluid from which a solid is deposited.SOLUTION: A ball valve 10 comprises: a valve body 11 in which a cavity 11b is provided in the middle of a valve flow passage 11a; a ball valve element 12 including a through-hole 12a; and seal rings 13 and 14 disposed within the cavity 11b. An introduction hole H1 through which a cleaning fluid is introduced into the cavity 11b, and a discharge hole H2 are provided in the valve body 11. An introduction hole opening H1a of the introduction hole H1 is provided at a position which is opposed to the through-hole 12a of the ball valve element 12 in a case where a rotation state of the ball valve element 12 is a valve closed state. A discharge hole opening H2a of the discharge hole H2 is provided at a position which is not opposed to the through-hole 12a of the ball valve element 12 in the case where the rotation state of the ball valve element 12 is the valve closed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
