To provide a ball including a skin panel covering the outer surface of a spherical body, relaxing a shock to a user without any obstacle to a ball game, dispensing with an adhesive material for non-slip use, and allowing a user easy grasp to attain favorable feeling of use while it has an outside diameter conformable to the standard.
The peripheral edge parts of a first skin panel 3 and a second skin panel 4 are adhesively bonded to each other. A first support member 5 formed of an elastic member is disposed between the first skin panel 3 and the spherical body 2, and the first support member 5 is adhesively bonded to the back of the skin panel 3 and the outer surface of the spherical body 2. A similar second support member 6 is provided between the second skin panel 4 and the spherical body 2. An air layer A is provided between the outer surface of the spherical body 2 and the first and second skin panels 3, 4.
