Abstract:
A powder/liquid mixing and dissolving device comprises: a storage tank (3) in which mixed liquid obtained by mixing powder into liquid is stored; a liquid cyclone (9) which receives the mixed liquid from the storage tank (3) and separates the mixed liquid into a solution and undissolved portion-containing liquid; a mixed liquid supply line (8) through which the mixed liquid is supplied from a mixed liquid discharge port (3B) of the storage tank (3) to a mixed liquid reception port (9C) of the liquid cyclone (9); and an undissolved portion-containing liquid return line (10) through which the undissolved portion-containing liquid discharged from an undissolved portion-containing liquid discharge port (9B) provided in the liquid cyclone (9) is returned to the mixed liquid supply line (8), and the undissolved portion-containing liquid return line (10) is connected to the mixed liquid supply line (8) to thereby form a circulation line (11).
