CONSTITUTION: An airtight body is formed by welding each peripheral edge part of an obverse cloth 2 and a reverse cloth 3 made of the plastic film material, and the obverse cloth 2 is made of the transparent film cloth, and an outside image 5 is drawn, and an inside image 6 is drawn on the reverse cloth 3, and reverse side coloring 7 is applied, and a three-dimensional feeling can be obtained, when a balloon is viewed from the front surface.
