To provide a ballpoint pen type adhering implement provided with a backward flow preventing body which performs a function as a lid for preventing leakage due to an impact, while not disturbing excellent outflow of an adhesive for application, well follows even a rapid movement of a low-viscosity adhesive, and reacts with no adhesive on an interface and is stable with time, in regard to the ballpoint pen type adhering implement which is provided with the adhesive consisting of a water dispersion type emulsion adhesive as an adhesive constituent.

The ballpoint pen type adhering implement has a constitution wherein the adhesive consisting of the water dispersion type emulsion adhesive having viscosity of 100 mPa s (25°C) or below, as the adhesive constituent, is filled in a plastic tubular holding tube. Herein the backward flow preventing body of which the absolute value of the storage elastic modulus G' measured by a frequency in the range of 0.01-10 Hz is in the range of 20-300 Pa and of which the ratio between the maximum value G'max and the minimum value G'min of the storage elastic modulus, i.e. the value of G'max/G'min, is in the range of 1.0-10.0, is put as a filler in a tail end portion of the adhesive.
