Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a balun device which has a wideband reflection characteristic that flattens a reflection characteristic in a desired frequency band.
SOLUTION: In this balun device configured by using an open stub and short stubs constructed by a coaxial line and called a Marchand balun for converting an unbalanced line and a balanced line, a structure wherein a part near a connection part 4 of an external conductor 3b in a third coaxial line 3 forming a short stub is narrowed is provided to gradually change the impedance of the short stub .
