To suppress the influence of characteristic fluctuation when a balun mounting device is mounted on a mounting board without complicating or multi-layering the structure of the balun mounting device.
This balun mounting structure is provided with: a device 100 equipped with an unbalanced signal transmission path 50 and a balun having two balanced signal transmission paths faced to the unbalanced signal transmission path 50 and a first board 10; and a mounting board 200 on which the device 100 is mounted. The mounting board 200 is provided with: a second board 210: and wiring sections 201, 202, 206, 207 and 209 formed on one face of the second board 210, wherein the device 100 is mounted on the mounting board 200 so that one face of the first board 10 is opposite to one face of the second board 210, and wiring parts 202, 207 and 209 of the mounting board 200 are arranged so as to cross the wiring of the transmission path 50 of the device 100 when it is viewed from a direction vertical to one face of the first board 10, and the crossing section is covered with magnetic layers 222, 227, and 229.
