First and second winding wires 8 and 10 which are close to each other are wound on the outside of a tubular bobbin 12 of polypropylene or polyethylene from one end to the other end and are wound on the inside of the bobbin 12 from an end to the other. Winding in the above way is repeated. Balancing terminals 14a and 14b are provided at both ends of the first winding wire 8 and unbalancing terminals 16a and 16b are provided at both ends of the second winding wire 10 and at one end of the first winding wire 8. The winding number of the first and second winding wires 8 and 10 are selected so that phases of high-frequency voltages which are respectively generated at the balancing terminals 14a and 14b may be nearly inverted.
