Smooth cutting can be achieved even if bamboos with different diameters or bent are gripped and mounted to a cutting machine by giving allowance without integrating the grip implement holding part with the cylinder. The tips of the bamboos are cut by the rotary cutting mechanism by the rotation of the rotary cutting edge. The grip implement and the cylinder are advanced while being rotated toward the rotary cutting edge together with the integrated bamboo following the tip cutting of the bamboo.
