Abstract:

To enable to easily and continuously take the active ingredients of Sasa albomarginata.

This bamboo grass product is obtained by mixing common salt with the ingredients of Sasa albomarginata and subsequently processing the mixture into a liquid product or dry powder product, and can be utilized as a seasoning or as a substitute for the conventional common salt for salt- containing foods. The bamboo salt can further be utilized as a sanitary material mainly for being brought into contact with the skin of a human body to wash the skin.
