Pressed bamboo materials obtained by pressing a divided bamboo material divided peripherally in a direction crossing a longitudinal direction of the bamboo, is further pressed in a direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the bamboo with at least a pair of upper and lower processing rollers wherein many fine grooves are provided parallel to the longitudinal direction of the bamboo to remove a fleshy part around a vascular bundle constituting the bamboo. Besides, a processing material comprising one or several pieces of vascular bundles is obtained. After arranging properly the processing bamboo materials in the same direction or by being crossed, they are heated, pressed and formed by adding adhesives to obtain a veneer-like bamboo-made plywood. Further, the veneer-like bamboo-made plywood is crossed in a length direction and laminated to obtain the bamboo made plywood.
