PURPOSE: To provide a bamboo veneer and its manufacture capable of being applied to building materials, furniture materials, and other wide range uses as a substitute for a wooden plate in order to attempt expansion of uses for bamboo materials.

CONSTITUTION: After dipping a split bamboo 2 of a relational section into hot water to be plane pressed, the split bamboo is dried as it is pressed and formed to a plate state. A plurality of the split bamboos 2 which are formed to the plate state are arranged by paving in a plane state. A suitable number of layers of the split bamboos 2 under such a state are laminated via an adhesive so that a paving arrange direction of the split bamboo becomes alternate with each other, and integrated by pressure fixing.
