Abstract:
To provide biscuits of a new field, that is, low fat, sugarless, hardbaked and eatable for both humans and dogs.
By using banana instead of oil and fat ingredients used as raw materials of conventional biscuits, biscuits without using sugar, egg and dairy products, and having improved taste are produced. Further, by using gluten of flour in the production step, hardbaked biscuits can be produced. Thus, biscuits for human foods and able to be unsolicitously given to dogs are provided.
