Abstract:
To provide a band binding device shortened in a packaging time per article in printing product information on a band sheet (film), winding the band sheet around an article and thermally fusing an overlapped part of the band sheet.SOLUTION: A band binding device 100 for winding a band sheet S along an outer periphery of an article W to be bound with a band includes a printing part 4 for printing product information on a band sheet, a feed part 5 provided at a downstream side of the printing part to convey the band sheet, and a standby part 80 for putting the band sheet printed by the printing part in a standby state at a downstream side of the printing part and an upstream side of the feed part; further, the band binding device includes a fusing part 6 for fusing an overlapped part of the band sheet wound around the article to be bound with a band, and a control part; the control part performs processing of fusing the overlapped part of the band sheet in the fusing part and conveying the band sheet having the product information printed thereon by the printing part to the standby part in a state where the band sheet is stopped conveyed by the feed part to stand-by the band sheet in the standby part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
