Abstract:
To provide a band brake device and a manufacturing method of a brake band for surely fixing the brake band and a bracket while securing strength of the brake band.
While a pair of circular projecting parts 31 are formed on the outside band 15 side, circular recessed parts 33 corresponding to the projecting parts 31 are formed on the anchor bracket 21 side. After positioning an outside band 15 and an anchor bracket 21 by being fitted to the projecting parts 31 and the recessed parts 33 in an unillustrated jig, these are brazed by pouring brazing metal 35 into a contact part.
