Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a later looseness of a band locked to a buckle by prohibiting a flexing of the band within the buckle.
SOLUTION: There is provided a band clamp in which it has a band 10 having a raw of engaging teeth 11, and a buckle segment 20 cooperatively formed at one end of the band 10 and having a flexible engaging arm 21 with engaging teeth 21a protruded therein, and the band 10 wound around a bundle of electrical wires is passed through the buckle segment 20, thereby the row of engaging teeth 11 is engaged with the engaging teeth 21a so as to bind the bundle of electrical wires. Two ribs 22 are cooperatively formed near a root of the flexible engaging arm 21 in the buckle segment 20. Each of the ribs 22, 22 is abutted against both two side locations of the band 10 so as to prevent its flexing.
