This band-like accessory has the additional member 11 arranged on the surface of the band-like accessory, and a holding member 14 making contact with the outside of the additional member. A fall preventing means is provided for preventing the fall of the holding member from the band-like accessory. Mechanical engagement between a projecting part provided on the outer peripheral surface of the holding member, and a groove provided on the inner peripheral surface of a recessed part of the band-like accessory, is adopted to the fall preventing means. The additional member 11 is embedded in the back face of a back lid of a case used as one of parts constituting the wrist watch, for instance, which is one of the band-like accessories. The additional member 11 may be embedded in the other part constituting the wrist watch.
