Abstract:
To reduce labor required to mount and demount a band reel of a packing machine.SOLUTION: A band reel mounting portion structure of the present invention is provided with a fitting recess portion 32 opening upward in which a shaft end of a band reel is fitted to each of a pair of reel brackets 30 that are attached to the body of the packing machine and support the shaft ends of the band reel, and a guide body 33 in which one end 33a is connected to one opening edge 32a of the fitting recess portion 32 and the other end 33b extends toward one side plate side of the side plate parallel to a reel shaft. The guide body 33 is provided with a slope portion 331 that rises from the other end 33b toward the one end 33a side, a height H from an installation surface G of the packing machine to an upper surface of the guide body 33 at the other end 33b is less than or equal to a height corresponding to a length obtained by subtracting a radius of the shaft end from a radius of the band reel, and a distance from the installation surface G to a bearing surface of the fitting recess portion 32 is larger than the height H.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
