Abstract:
To avoid breakage of a band saw blade at high temperature by detecting the temperature of the band saw blade during the cutting.
A band saw blade temperature sensor (e.g. an IR rays radiation thermometer) to detect the temperature of a band saw blade 21 is provided, and control is realized so that a driving motor 19 is stopped when the temperature of the band saw blade 21 detected by the band saw blade temperature sensor 27 is not less than the specified value.
