Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bandage winding tool capable of winding a bandage by making tension of the bandage constant by solving the problems that: when winding a compression bandage as a method of compressing the four limbs for prevention of deep vein thrombosis, pressure must be 26.7hPs-40hPs; a skill is required in order to pull an elastic bandage by prescribed tension; although various techniques are taught, in fact, winding depends on the sense of a nurse, thereby causing an individual difference; and when winding a wide elastic bandage, the bandage is pulled by applying an elastic bandage side to the first finger (thumb) and the thenar so that the tension does not become even in the width direction.SOLUTION: A bandage winding tool includes a resistance application mechanism 3 of adding resistance force to drawing of a bandage B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
