[Problem] Elastic bandages are wrapped around an affected part of a patient by a nurse. This action is performed according to feel and skill level of the individual nurse and thus it was unclear how to apply the bandage at appropriate compression. As a result, it was difficult to wrap the elastic bandage around the affected part at the appropriate degree of compression. An objective of the present invention is to provide a bandage wrapping instrument having a tension adjustment function and being capable of wrapping an elastic bandage around the affected part so that the tension of the bandage reaches a prescribed compression even when applied by an inexperienced bandager. [Solution] Provided is a bandage wrapping instrument comprising: a bandage housing part (2) for housing an elastic bandage (EB); and a tension adjustment part for adjusting the tension whereat the elastic bandage (EB) is drawn from the bandage housing part (2).
