Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an error between a center frequency and a target center frequency in a resonator-coupled bandpass filter using a past wall waveguide.SOLUTION: A bandpass filter (1) includes: a dielectric substrate (2) sandwiched by a pair of conductor layers (3, 4); and post walls (11, 12) composed of plurality of conductor posts (11i, 12i) passing through the substrate (2) to mutually short-circuit the conductor layers (3, 4). A plurality of resonators (22-24) having the conductor layers (3, 4) to be a pair of wide walls and the past walls (11, 12) to be narrow walls are coupled. On at least either one of the resonators (22-24), each recess (221-241) passing through one of the wide walls (conductor layer 4) to reach inside the substrate (2) is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
